Cullercoats Football Club is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. All information that the club asks you to provide will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Cullercoats Football Club may change this Policy on occasion by updating this page. If you choose to provide an email address we will notify you of any changes to this Policy. This Policy is effective from June 15th, 2018.

Data we collect

In order to register a player with the club and the FA we are required to collect information about the player, as well as a parent or legal guardian.

What we do with your data

We require this data to register any Player with The Football Association and allow them to play for the Club. We will share any data required by The Football Association with them. We will not share any personal data with any other entity, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

We retain this information internally to keep records of all Players registered with the Club. When a player chooses to leave the Club, upon notifying the Club, the Club will delete any personal data for that player.

If a player who is already registered with the Club re-registers, any existing records for that player will be deleted.

If necessary, we may contact you via phone, email or in writing to the given address. We will not send any marketing emails or make any marketing calls using the data provided in the Player Registration Form.

Security

Any personal data collected using the Player Registration Form is stored securely on Google Cloud. Cullercoats Football Club retains ownership of this data. More information regarding Google Cloud can be found on Google’s website. Google Cloud is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations.

To ensure the security of your data, only select Management Committee members of Cullercoats Football Club with suitable training will be able to access your data.

External Websites

Our website contains links to other websites of interest, including the Player Registration form. We do not have any control over the data these websites choose to collect from you.

Only data you enter into the Player Registration Form is under the control of Cullercoats Football Club. Cullercoats Football Club are not responsible for any extra data that Google chooses to collect (e.g. Cookies). Any data that Google chooses to collect is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

Controlling your personal data

Cullercoats Football Club will not sell, lease or share your data with any entity not listed in this privacy policy, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

If you believe any data we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us at the address above as soon as possible. We will correct any information found to be incorrect at our earliest opportunity.
